Introducing custom coaster commissions! I’ve been making and selling my hand‑painted wooden slice coasters for over five years, and I wanted to make it easier for customers to order custom pieces.
I hand‑paint these wooden coasters with gouache, seal them with a spray varnish to protect the paint layer, and then apply a resin coating to create a solid protective layer that makes the coasters durable and shiny!

The process
Fill out the form below with your details. I’ll then contact you to discuss your commission. You can choose the colours, or you can let me decide what I think will look best. Please share any specific details you want in the final image before I start.
Once we’ve agreed on your coaster design, I’ll create a sketch along with some colour options for you to choose from. This is your opportunity to request any changes or amendments. The commission price includes one round of revisions at this stage.
I’ll keep you updated on your order throughout the process, including sending a photo before I move on to varnishing.
Due to the nature of the artwork, changes cannot be made once the painting is complete.
Shipping
£5 processing and shipping fee included within price.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
Please allow 7–10 working days for processing and delivery.
My ability to complete your commission in good time relies on your response to communication, so please check your emails and reply as soon as you can.

The image produced is owned by Lily Evans Illustration and all rights belong to the artist. By purchasing a custom coaster, you agree to these terms.
Final colours may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, photography, and the limitations of gouache paint.

We send most of our orders with Royal Mail and aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days.
Customers have the ability to request what method of shipping we send their item (eg. Tracked, First Class or Second Class).
Once the order has left us we cannot guarantee how long the delivery will take.

Yes! All of my products are designed and produced by me in my little bedroom studio in Cardiff!
My ipad, computer, printer and silhouette machine and I are busy making everything from scratch for you to enjoy.
With the exception of my bookmarks and notepads, that I outsource the printing for, everything is made with my own two tiny hands :)
